appeal confirmation letter was created by mangof
Hi,
I received a letter today (dated 15th) saying that they had got my GL24. (esa wrag to support appeal)
They say in the letter to send any further evidence in which supports your appeal for them to use when the look at the decision again.
But there is no time limit stated. Do you know how long I've got to send in any extra evidence?

You should have 3-4 weeks regarding the Reconsideration process that the DWP are undertaking now.Hi,

If the Decision is not overturned and your papers are passed to the Tribunal Service, then you will probably have 6-7 months to send in evidence, up to about two weeks before the actual Tribunal hearing.
