I assume this is in reqard to an ESA claim, if you read our ESA claim guides, you'll see that question 1 on the ESA50 relates to mobilising, this includes walking and the ability to use a self propelled wheelchair over a similar distance, even if the claimant does not use or even own a wheelchair.
