My transfer from IB to ESA was created by Suzy3
Received a phone call June 2011 re: transfer from IB to ESA (contribution)
Had the questionnaire through within 2 weeks used all guides from B & W before returning it well before due date, taking a copy, enclosing lots of medical evidence and sending it ‘signed for post’/recorded.
Had a medical 16 August 2011.
Received decision end of October, and put into WRAG.
I challenged this by requesting to appeal the decision.
No acknowledgement to x 3 letters re: the decision. So I wrote to the Complaints dept, telling them all letters were cc to my Mp.
Received a phone call 23 December 2011, saying 3 letters had not been received by them, could I prove it, and to send all postal receipts to have my postage refunded!!!!!!!
Was also told I could now not appeal but a reconsideration would take place.

I stated my conditions had not improved, but only got worse and I could prove it. I stated in my opinion I met 2 descriptors and at least
‘exception circumstances’ also.
I sent in further medical evidence, and received a letter last week stating I am now in Support Group for 1 year. Hooray :)

Please everyone be patient but also persevere.
