Assessment

I have got an appointment through for an assessment I have recently reapplied for DLA and Sent a ESA50 back should I ask what the assessment is regarding as it doesn't say, it just says in relation to your benefit claim.

I don't know about DLA but appointment letters from Atos regarding ESA are usually clearly stated on the letter.

If you are unsure what the appointment is in connection with you will need to phone the number on the letter and ask.
