Current / Updated ESA forms as at June 2012

Sorry to trouble you, am currently in support group ESA,
and have just been advised that the renewal package will be sent to me in June. Are all the info/forms etc currently available to members expected to still be valid in June or as far as you are aware, or are there any expected changes for example to do with pip forms to fill in by then.Thanks for help Regards

As it stands at the present time, all the information and the ESA forms including the ESA50, will be the same as the current print in June 2012.
