I appealed, got 15 points, and they still want to

Thank you for that.
I have included my consultants report previously. But, as you well know the gp you see at atos is not there to listen, or be fair.

I wrongly assumed that the tribunal was the end of it? Especially as the doctor and solicitor I saw at the tribunal were disgusted by my treatment by the dwp, and told me to include their decision letter in ANY dealings with the dwp in the future.

What a waste of time and money?

I don't expect them to be honourable. I'm not especially sure words like honour and fair, are included in ANY dealings with the dwp. That way I'm never suprised.

My replies aren't coming up?

Yes, you are correct.
I don't expect honour, honeys or fairness.

But, when I went to tribunal, the gp, and solicitor told me they were disgusted, and told me to include their letter should be included, if the dwp ever darkened my letter box again?

So tribunal means nothing then?

They have to be first approved by a moderator.

So, a tribunal means nothing then?
Isn't this a pointless waste of time?

I am tempted to contact my mp, because, the waste of employing a gp to see me for the 3/4 time?
That's besides the paperwork x amount dwp clerks have to go through?

So, the tribunal isn't worth the paper it's written on?

I'm also tempted to give the atos gp a piece of my mind, and ask him how much he's being paid XXX?
When a senior consultant has already written a report?

That means nothing either?

In my dealings with the dwp I have told them their procedures are Kafka-esque? I'm not sure they understood, but the tribunal did.
