Hundreds of people are facing this exact same situation every day; some their solutions are tragic end up taking their own lives out of desperation. I would like to stand up and be counted in the hope that I can find the DWP guilty of breaking the law.
I was not seeking legal advice here, I was just hoping that someone could agree or disagree with me and try and give as much help as possible and a possible direction.
