Hi all,
Came across this link, stating that post office workers are told to open all claim forms. I thought what was put on our forms was confidential. I am shocked about this.

It's happened for years. When the old IB50 forms used to be returned to the local DHSS office it happened then. In fact a postman once told me the postman knows every benefit anyone is on. Big Brother indeed.

What about DLA forms are they opened too? I think it's awful this is allowed to happen. There are some very embarrassing things on my forms that I wouldn't want anyone knowing about!

Does this also apply to all DLA forms too? I think this is wrong. I have put embarrassing things on my forms!
