12 month limit was created by citymike
Hi
I was notified on 7th June 2011 that i was being transferred to ESA WRAG.
However i later recieved a P45 stating that my IB finished on 8th August 2011.
Does this mean that my ESA payment started on 9th August and therefore my 12 month period would finish on 8th August 2012.

Thanks for your reply,i am supposed to be having a reassestment at the end of May and as my condition has deteriated since last year i am hoping i may get in support group.
