Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you believe there is an Error of Law in the finding of your Tribunal, you can appeal to the Upper Tribunal, however, you will need expert advice to do this.
What is an Error of Law?
You can apply for JSA if you believe you can meet the commitment for finding work.
You can make a new application for ESA providing more than six months have elapsed since the date of the Decision you appealed.

Just a quick question, what if you believe (after losing appeal) you CAN'T meet the commitment for finding work/Signing for JSA.
Does this then mean you are left with no money to live on, no housing benefit, basicly just left to rot, etc..?

If you are unable to meet the requirements of JSA and do not wish to make a new claim for ESA then you may still be able to claim Housing Benefit based on a zero income claim, however, this is outside of the remit of the forum and you would need to seek advice from your local CAB.Just a quick question, what if you believe (after losing appeal) you CAN'T meet the commitment for finding work/Signing for JSA.
