esa medical was created by nellie
I have been asked to attend an ESA Medical and I would like to ask if anyone knows if I can take a copy of my ESA Form with me to the medical? It's not an exam so I don't see that this would be a problem. At least if I take the form along I can give the same consistent response. Does anyone know if this is ok or is it against the Rules!!?

I took copy of my form with me, but didn't need it because the way the medical goes you don't really get the opportunity to read through any documentation. The questions really focused on a typical day and side effects of medication. Hope this helps

There is no "rule" why you shouldn't, but you should explain why you are referring to the document so that the ATOS "doctor" does not make assumptions.
