Just over a week to send off ESA50 now

I will do that then tomorrow, although I'm not looking forward to it.

I know I have to complete the form now no matter what, even though I'm finding it so hard. I think its because of all the changes and the terrible new rules which even dwp staff are confused with. I have mental and physical issues so I'm struggling with it more than I thought I would.
As I don't know the address where my medical if I have one will be, I should perhaps ask the GP to write the letter to the address that came with my esa50 form?
then I would just post it with my esa50

Sorry for going on about this, if I get on with the form tomorrow I might feel a bit better

Atos/Dwp very rarely send ESA113s to Doctors, in fact some Doctors have never seen one of these forms. Atos usually ring to arrange a medical. They might make 1 or 2 calls and if no answer they will send the appointment letter for the medical.

I have rang the surgery, I'm an absolute wreck, I hate contacting them and I don't want her to visit me I have problems with people coming into my house as well as me going out.
Shes on leave untill Monday but they said she will have a backlog of work so call on Tuesday, they don't know if she will do one without seeing me, I really hope so as she knows I don't attend any hospital appointments or mamograms or other health tests I should have and I have the community nurses. She knows about my other conditions too but one has got much worse which she doesnt know.

I havent done any more on my form I couldnt breath today and went into a panic attack when I started to try and do it. I've not wrote a word.

The secretary said they are aware of this kind of thing and she said there may be a £15 charge.
I've got my old dla form out and all the extra info I wrote for that you wouldnt brelieve how much I wrote, its massive about 1.5 inches thick god knows how they got through that, I am hoping it might help but its hard because they really are for different things and I can't even rread it all myself

I need to post the form by Weds really, Thursday at the latest
