My MP told me in writing in October 2011 that I would not have to wait more than 18 months for my pension which would be December 2013. If you are to get your pension by March 2014 you will not have to transfer from IB to ESA. Help as my date is July 2014. Will I have to go through this process? The cut off is based on your State Retirement Age so if this is going to be July 2014, then I am afraid you should expect to be transferred.
