esa50 pdf form

Hi there,

Can you tell me if the esa50 form that I have downloaded from here is meant to be an interactive form or is it just meant to be printed off and filled in. I have a copy of the form and just a small hand is showing over the 'field' areas, but I am unable to type anything in them.

I have never used one of these before and am not very computer savvy, so I apologise if I'm being a bit dim.

Any info would be appreciated on how to do this. Thanks.

You need to save the inter-active form to your own computer before you can fill it in, I suspect this might be the problem.
