ESA Support Group was created by tommo
Am I right in thinking that when your placed in the Support Group you are left alone and not expected to fill out another ESA form or expected to attend another Atos farcical assessment..

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I am afraid not The whole thrust of the recent Welfare Reform Bill is that no-one will be able to receive continued benefits without reassessment, these take place at intervals varying from 3 months to 3 years.

Thank you Mrs Hurtyback and Hardyards... This is a absolute waste of time and money... Do these so called professionals expect people to suddenly get better when it's obvious if your suffering from a progressive disease/condition you will only get worse.... blimmin beggars belief...

There has been a lot of hysteria about people 'languishing on benefits' (not my words, I assure you!) without being reassessed that the pendulum has swung the other way. No-one seems to have considered how much this is going to cost, or that the money could be better used elsewhere

Yep I know what you mean Mrs H.... but they must realise there are people languishing on benefits because they are unable to do anything else...
