ATOS are not obliged to provide a home medical, and even if it is appealable (I'm not sure this is the case), in practical terms, a hearing would not be heard in time to avoid more problems occurring with your claim.
Did your GP write to ATOS confirming that a home visit was required and why? If not, you need to get this done as quickly as possible.
If a letter was included, then the only thing I can suggest is for you to speak to your GP to see if they can do any more to convince ATOS that this is required.
In the interim, if you fail to attend two arranged medicals, your file will be returned to the DWP. They are supposed to write to you asking for Good Cause why you have not attended, but I know of several people who have simply had their claims closed, and are now fighting to have them re-instated, so you need to consider your position very carefully.
