I am being re-assessed and had my medical just over four months ago.
I complained about the fact that the ESA50 was not made available to the doctor. I coninue to receive my Incap. Benefit as before but have received no written decision after this length of time.
I cannot make contact with DWP as kept waiting for 30 mins or more at a time. Sitting tight is proving quite stressful. Any tips from anyone on what I should do next because at this rate, if i have to appeal, 12 months could easily pass between a resolution and the date I originally submitted my ESA50
