DLA letter was created by misssarah89
I was refused DLA and have started an appeal, I am recieving help from an adcovate.
MY advocate told me i will be getting help from a specialist advocate for my tribubal and to get in touch with them when i hear of a date.
To day i recieved a letter saying my ' we have received a ecision from the appeal tribunal about your claim'
it then goes on to ask if iv been in hospital or abroad and for my bank details.
What does this mean?
Will i not have to attend a tribunal?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Did you request a Paper Hearing, where you did not have to attend?
If not, it is possible the the DWP have Reconsidered the original Decision and found for you.
I would suggest you speak to your advocate and ask them to find out what has happend.
