Just received appeal pack from DWP,when i read it there was something wrong i had six points on it,but on mine there are none, also they have crossed a date out and hand written another one, there is also the last lot of paper work that i sent to them was not included.I am also in dispute with ATOS because the nurse said she had done things that she had not, after a few letters they thought i would go away but because i know i am right i will fight all the way,Then ATOS sent me a letter saying that the ESA85 was not completed in accordance with ATOS quality standards, this is about the comments and descriptors the nurse had used on the way i mobilise was not medically reasonable or appropriately justified,ATOS then said they would contact the DWP but the DWP have not told me the outcome. with the dispute with ATOS they have told me the complaint has gone to a SENIOR MEDICAL ADVISER that was in February. Has anyone got any help wit this

Sorry but we cannot give individual advice particularly on a level you ask.
Without at least having had sight of the Secretary of State's submission (ie your tribunal pack) it is more or less impossible to give advice onto what may have occurred or not and whether it could affect any outcome. To even attempt to offer advice risks giving you incorrect information.
Hence you do really need to seek some face to face advice from such as a welfare rights agency/CAB etc who can go through your paperwork in detail and advise you accordingly.
