Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Thanks guys, that is really helpful. I will have a think about whether I wish to complain or whether I would rather save my energy for other battles!

Hi All
Got my backpay paid into my bank account last thursday and yesterday my full and comprehensive ESA Support Group payment.
Got just an award letter from DWP last thursday explaining same conversation I had on phone with them. Will be paid backpay soon etc.
Just a few words in a short sentence in the award letter informing me I'm in the SG group. No other paperwork telling me prognosis e.g will be in SG group for 6, 12 months etc or statement of reasons for the revised decision. Nor any other associated paperwork revised points I got medical reports etc that I should be entitled to.
Apologies for posting like this but what else should I be in receipt of after winning my appeal etc?

NGU
The DWP normally only send notification of the Decision and details of any changed payments.
If you want anything more than this then you need to make specific request for the information.

You should be able to get a Statement of reasons directly from the Tribunals Service
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
This should include a 'prognosis' of when you will next be assessed (although do remember that the process will start several months before that ).
