being evicted/address change

Well that's all ongoing, but now I am being evicted at the end of this month - in part due to my mental health which has declined greatly since this benefits appeal thing started (we are subtennets so legally they can do this as we have very few rights)
I am wondering how this will effect my appeal... obviously my address will be changing, but there is also a slim chance that we will not find a new place to stay. I have been homeless before so I know it can happen
if my address changes how will this effect things? Do I just change it by ringing them?
If the worst happens and I do end up homeless, what then? In the past had to have a "care of address" for post, but this time I have basically noone to do serve in that capasity...
why does everything always go wromg at once?

I am sorry but we cannot give advice on housing matters. You will need to contact a housing advice agency such as Shelter, your local council or CAB for help with housing.
DWP Benefits wise, a change of address may not alter your position provided you keep the DWP and Tribunal Service updated of your address or at least can give a care of address.
You will need to ask the relevant DWP office on their procedures for dealing with homeless people without a contact address if that becomes the case.
