Dr Support letter

Hi I have appeal,for IB and DLA now have a good support letter from my GP sent GL forms off recently should I send this letter on now or wait goin tmrw to see GP to get a sick note as my money has been stopped or should I send copies with the sick note ??

It's up to you, but I would probably send them together to save me having to visit the Post Office 2 days running
