renewing membership was created by carole
My membership to B&W is due to run out in five days. I am in the transfer process at the moment and plodding away at the form so need access and support from this invaluable site. Will i get an email to pay for another year.
Many thanks for all the support and advice and best wishes to all
Carole

Hi Carole,
We wouldn't normally deal with queries about how subscriptions work via the forum, but I've realised that we haven't got any information on the site about this so I'll make an exception.
You should receive an email 5 days before your subscription ends telling you that it's due for renewal and offering you reduced price membership if you renew promptly. If for any reason you don't get the email, just email us prior to renewing and we'll get back to you with a coupon code.
Good luck with your transfer,
Steve
