Vertigo - ESA medical soon was created by Shelley
I've been receiving WRAG ESA for over 2 years due to my Migraine Associated Vertigo. I recently had to complete ESA50 Medical form (lots of help from your Guides - thanks) and sent in loads of supporting medical evidence but then I got a letter saying my ESA would stop on 30 April because I'd been getting it for more than 365 days, then yesterday I got a call from ATOS to go for a medical in 2 weeks. I assume that means there's a chance I could be put in the Support Group and my ESA re-instated - is that the case? Should I mention at the medical that my GP does not think I'll ever be able to return to my office job (I'm still employed but been off more than 2 years). Thanks.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

With regard to your ESA being time limited; if you are placed in the Support Group then your payments will be re-instated, if you are placed in the WRAG, then you will receive NI Credits towards a full State Pension.
Have you checked to confirm that you do not qualify for ESA(IR), if you do, payments will continue.
You can certainly mention your GPs comments, but I have to say that may have little value, as ESA is a test of your capability to do any job, not a specific one.
Good luck
