Hi recieved letter to apply fill in for severe dis premium..brill but im still in assessment phase awaiting esa tribunal??? Im on dla hrm/mrc so can I still get this benefit..have posted my yes plezzz lol but dare not call them in case it big mistake.

If you are eligible for the premium then you should be able to receive it, even if you are on the Assessment rate.
