could someone advise me, is it acceptable to fill in an esa form in a similar way to dla as regards to needs, effects of illness etc, many thanks.
Please have a look at our ESA Claim guides, they have example answers for each question on the ESA50, whilst these are unlikely to relate to your conditions specifically, they do show the type of wording we suggest you could use.
