It's not necessary to go into great detail on a GL24, a simple statement that you do not believe that the Decision Maker has taken full account of your needs, further evidence to follow is sufficient.

Further evidence can be sent at a later date as it will be quite a while before your appeal will be heard. See Delays in hearing DLA & ESA Appeals
