Is there a DLA renewal form in PDF format anywhere on the site or the web? Is the renewal form shorter than it was six years ago? Thank you.

I'm afraid that I don't know what the form was like 6 years ago, so I cannot answer that question. I can confirm that the renewal form is pretty much identical to the initial claim form - a PDF version of which can be found here

Thank you very much Mrs HB. I am getting uncomfortable as it's less than six months until current claim concludes, still haven't received renewal pack. They're either getting slower these days, it's lost in the post, or they've forgotten about me. I'd prefer the latter, but I suspect it's the former.

DLA renewals are currently being sent out 4 months in advance of the award ending.
