limited capability for work

just need some info.i went from ib to wrag,on my letter it said i have limited capability for work.i am housebound,the jobcentre plus foned me to go for a interview with a work adviser,the work adviser done the interview over the fone and told me they are not putting me forward for work due to my illness and told me to get a gl24 form and send it in and appeal to be put into the support group which i have done,the adviser foned again and asked what illness,s i have then she said she would defer my work interview for 3 months,was wondering if i fail to get into the support group,will these 6 interviews im suppose to get will they be done over the fone.

It is entirely up to the advisor as to whether the Work Focused Interviews are carried out in person on over the phone.

In my own case, for instance, the advisor has stated that, should my appeal fail, he would want to see me in person at least once during my time on WRAG.
