At your own speed? was created by Trundles
Hi to all
I am still working on my DLA appeal and would like some help please with the following,
On my letter from DWP they have stated that regarding my care needs I can:at my own speed safely....

I have been looking through the case law pack (wish I had studied law, tuff reading) and can only find at your own speed relating to the mobility componant.

I would be interested on any comments/help as to wether this is right in law regarding care. I am thinking along the lines of the 'Fit man Test', eg if it takes longer than a normal person to carry out the care need, attention is reasonably required to lead a normal life. Is there a time frame which they consider too long.

Many thanks if anyone can give any help.

Have a look at the following, section 3.3.4, subsection length of time
