AFAIK, the date on the ESA85/85A iswhen your next assessment is due. I am not sure what you mean when you say that this was early?

Whilst most claimants will be assessed around the time of the prognosis on the ESA85(A), this date is advisory and the DWP are entitled to re-assess a claimant at any time they feel appropriate.
The current culture is that nobody is immune from regular review, whatever their underlying conditions, whether they be permament or even deteriorating. It is a situation that we are all going to have to get used to, and I say that fully aware of the stress it causes most claimants.

Yeah we do need to get used to it, doesn't make it any easier to cope with, the stress and strain it puts on people is immense but thank goodness for this forum and website which provides so much help and support!!!
