REQUEST FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

i have just filled in a form to request dwp or my personal information, could anyone tell me is there a charge for this and also is it possible to have all the info they hold. on the form it asks what dates are required, to and from, i have been on benefits for many years and would like all info but is this unreasonable to ask for.many thanks.

should i send the form to by local job centre plus or another office.

Is your request just for all the information they hold on you regarding the duration of your claiming benefits?

Or have you had to fill a special form from the DWP to secure a statement of reasons/medical reports allied to a successful ESA or DLA Appeal hearing?

I hope I'm not intrusive asking this but if you look at my post written today allied to complaining to my MP about the DWP it'll explain things better.

its just to request info they hold on me, im not in the process of applying for any new benefits or appeals.
