Transfer Process Started was created by DaPa
Received a letter stating things are changing for me, had the letter dated 25th May saying that they would call me with any questions, if I had not heard anything within 2 weeks of the letter to ring them.
My question is will they still send out the ESA50 for me to complete and return or do I have to speak to them?
In addition I want my assessment recorded if I have to attend one.
What advice could you give on whether tp request it along with the ESA50 or to send in a letter if they feel I need to attend a face to face assessment?
Regards.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The process will grind along, no matter what you do.
You can add your request for any medical to be recorded along with your ESA50.

So, am I correct in saying that there is no need to contact them?

If i were you i would wait for my ESA50 and send a letter with the completed form requesting that should you be required to attend medical, then you want a recording.
Hopefully, you have submitted enough info that you may not be required to attend a medical.
Good Luck.
Radhika.

study the guides on this site and put as much effort as you can into truthfully presenting your impairments within the context of the criteria
If you have contact with the medical profession reasonably often you might like to think about getting someone to write supportively about your difficulties
Good research and careful presentation can help
