Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

I assume you mean DLA HRM and LRC?
Whilst qualifying for ESA under the ESA Mobilising descriptor for the Support Group should mean that you qualify for DLA HRM, the reverse is not the case as the DLA criteria are less severe than the ESA ones.
A DLA LRC award does not relate to any of the ESA descriptors and would not even qualify you for the WRAG.
Hope this explains it.

Whether you are put into the WRAG or Support Group depends very little on your health or your ability to work, it is entirely down to whether you meet some very specific criteria
Qualifying for the Support Group
Qualifying for the WRAG
Qualification for DLA is dependent on very different criteria.

As Gordon & Mrs Hurtyback explained above, whilst there maybe a degree of overlap, DLA and ESA are essentially different benefits paid for differing reasons.
For example it is entirely possible to receive any rates/components of DLA and still be able to work. Equally it is possible to be in the ESA support group but not qualify for DLA.
I hope that explains it.
