Don't forget that the 'mobilising' descriptor deals with more than just walking, you also have to show that you could not self-propel a wheelchair.

When I told go that I had a medical she said if I lose then she would help me appeal as she said I could not work with5 medical conditions, So please could you suggest what I say to her regarding the letter

There are two issues to be aware of.

First, if the DWP believe you have directed your GP what to write in the letter, they will disregard it, so this has to be something that your GP writes based on their understanding of how your conditions effect you.

Secondly, your GP needs to go further than just stating you should be in the Support Group, they need to explain why and if possible do so by referencing the relevant ESA descriptor(s), so I would leave them a copy of the descriptors to look over.
