hello folks.yep gone and thrown away the reply envelope for my esa50 and as it has the return address on i need to know ...well check really as the lady on the dwp phone line said it has to go to my local JCP so is this right/
I did notice that the covering one page letter that comes with the esa has the atos address on that is also local so which is it please.It has to be in for the 26th of june and the remonder hasnt arrived yet but i want to get the damn thing sent off..thanks

Hi :)

It needs to be posted to ATOS. I sent mine straight to them before my medical.

I'm certain that ESA50's should be returned to the ATOS office address dealing with your claim, this should be the same as the address on the covering letter sent with your ESA50.

It needs to be returned to ATOS, but you need to contact them for the address as they often use mail drops rather than receiving the ESA50 at their offices.

If you have a contact number for them on the letter you mention then I would use that, but failing that try, 0113 230 9175.
