I assume you were being transferred from SDA to ESA?
Part of the transfer process, irrelevant of the outcome, is to close your SDA claim down. You should receive notice of when your last SDA payement will be, typically is will be in 2-3 weeks time.
Once you have received written notification of the Decision that you are Fit for Work, you can lodge an appeal against the Decision, if that is your wish. You will receive the ESA assessment rate for upto a year while you appeal. See the following FAQs for more information.

SDP is paid if you receive DLA HRC or MRC, live alone and nobody receives Carers Allowance for you.
SDP is only paid in conjunction with a Income Related benefit such as ESA(IR) or IS.
If you appeal, then the SDP should remain in payment, although the DWP have a bad record of doing this when the Assessment rate is paid, so you may need to chase them. If this is the case, come back to the forum and I'll try and find the DWP notes that confirm payment.
If you do not appeal then your SDP will, as far as I am aware, cease.
You may want to get advice from your local CAB or Welfare Rights office.
