Had medical 14th may 2012 6 and abit weeks ago. Got a phone call today from job centre plus to inform me that i will be getting a call tomorrow fri 29/06/2012 from the decision maker. Is this normal practise and is it to my advantage or not.
Is it normal to get a call from the job centre first has anyone else experienced this.
There is no way to know what the call is about unless you take it, however, it is unusual for a Decision Maker to do so unless they want to discuss the Decision on your claim.
