Just received ESA50 on page 2 do i have to supply telephone details to atos if i would like everything to be in writing.The only problem is i am going to request a recorded assesment and from what i have read they seem to only ring people very short notice therefore if its still possible to have a recorded assesment looks like i will not get this in writing or can i still demand my recorded assesment to be in writing only.

You do not have to provide your telephone number to ATOS or the DWP.
The whole WCA process can be conducted in writing only, including any appointment for an ATOS face to face assessment, recorded or not.
