I'm afraid we don't advise on Tax Credits, however, the following HMRC page has details

Hi,
It could be that you may be entitled to a disability premium. Which is what my husband gets, as he too is on ESA and gets DLA.
DLA is not counted as income towards Tax Credits.
Hope this gives you a bit of peace of mind whilst your claim is being dealt with.
Radhika.

As previously stated we don't advise on Tax Credits, however. the link I posted earlier in the thread clearly states that DLA is counted as ioncome for Tz Credits.

I'm afraid you're incorrect Gordon. DLA isn't and has never been counted as a taxable benefit
