INF1(JSA) LEAFLET

I have been placed in the WRAG without a medical but received one of these leaflets with my award letter. I think I should have an ESA40 which would inform me of the regulations regarding this benefit and NOT a Jobseekers Allowance leaflet which I have received. I do not wish to keep phoning these people as you get pushed from pillow to post and the operators often do not know what they are talking about. 
Is there anywhere I can get hold of a copy of this leaflet - I have been in my local Job Centre but they said I need to contact 'The Centre' regarding anything to do with my claim!!!

thanks for the quick reply Gordon - I know we all really appreciate your help on here - some of us would have climbed up the wall months ago if it wasn't for B&W!
