If you condition worsens, providing you have remained eligible for ESA, you can ask to be re-assessed and if they place you in the Support Group, then your payements will be re-instated and will continue while you remain in the SG.
To remain eligible for ESA you may be requested to complete further ESA50s and possibly attends for a medical.
