dla indefinate award form in april was created by tinytim
Well i am going through hell at this time lost my 17 year old dog in march got a dla indefinate award right payment programme sent that off and now this week got ib to esa50 form to fill in,should i let the cab fill it in as they did my dla? also is that right when you are 60 if your income is below a certain level men and woman can get some pension credit.
As i have been on invilidity and incapacity since 1991 i only see my gp now but because of all this stress i have to go back to mental health team in my area.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

TT
If you have access to a CAB resource, then we would certainly advise you to use it, they will also be able to help you with your Pension Credit question.

Sorry about your dog - I know by experience how painful losing your best friend can be - especially when your mental health isn't good. Big HUG from me.

I certainly know what your going through as lost my dog suddenly last year, I cant talk about it without getting upset. I have problems with my sight, being blind in one eye and other not so good, was advised by eye surgeon that the stress and upset had caused a bleed, along with my illnesses, to the back of my eye thus requiring an operation. He told me not to react to difficult issue and to keep stress free if I wanted to save my sight ! How can this be possible I ask. Take care, I got a puppy and she is extremely affectionate and cuddly(cocker Spaniel)although she wont ever take my other ones place as each dog is special and I am sure you know this. Good luck with your mental health issue and hope your back to normal soon xx
