I have questions
Firstly, I have a review date for IB to ESA migration. I've heard the DWP are struggling with ESA Is it likely the form will arrive around the due date, or is it more likely that the delays are in assessing the cases afterwards ?
Secondly, I know of a form ESA 113 which is for one's GP and is aimed at establishing if a person is likely to meet the support group criteria I presume the idea is that if this form is sent out to Gps early, it might happen that the claimant may not need to complete ESA 50 form if the information from the Gp meets the criteria
In whicvh case, would it be possible to ask the DWP to issue the form ? Obviously only sensible if the claimant knows the GP will be helpful
Finally, trawling for views on whether support group criteria for 'social contact always precluded' could mean that if they find you visit your own doctor/s without a companion/support worker, that this means you are engaging in social contact ?

1) see When will I be transferred?
2) As I understand it, there is no way to make the DWP send out this form to you GP.
3) I am unable to speculate about this, one of the more experienced mod's might have a better idea.

XFACTOR
With regard the ESA113, this is not solely used regarding a claimant meeting the requirements for the Support Group, it is just as likely to be used to confirm eligibility for the WRAG. As Mrs H has said, it is issued at the discretion of the DWP, a claimant may challenge why such a request has not been made, but cannot require the DWP to do so.
With regard to your question on social contact, can I direct you, once again, to the following discussion on the topic.
