Help us & Harrington? This will affect ESA & DLA was created by Steve Donnison
Hi All,
Can you help test our new online form?
It hasn't received a lot of publicity, but Professor Harrington wants to hear from claimants about whether the work capability assessment has improved since his first review.
This is really important not only in relation to ESA but also DLA, because personal independence payment is based on a very similar method of assessment. So problems with ESA may be mirrored in the transfer from DLA to PIP.
Unfortunately, Harrington's team have made it very difficult for people to give evidence by putting all the questions in a .pdf document that you can't actually type answers into.
So, we've published the questions in a text document that you can type in and also put them in an online form. If you complete the form it will then email your responses to you and you can then, if you wish, send them on to Harrington.
So, if you have views about things like the recording of medicals, the way decisions are made, whether your evidence was properly taken into account, this is your chance to have your say.
If you do try the form, please let us know by posting here whether it worked or not.
