I think that you may have misinterpreted the information on The Full Facts website, Cerebral Palsey is included in a long list of medical conditions that come under the heading of :

"Unsuitable for calling to a Medical Examination Centre".

As per the information on said website.

I do not know where the website has compiled these lists from however, or how accurate the information is.

I do know that claimants have been called for "medicals" who suffer from medical conditions in this list, likewise I know of claimants who have not been called for a "medical" who have medical conditions listed under the "Invite to Medical Examination Centre" list.
