I know this is not the right way to do this and you can delete this but I have sent two emails about this. I mistakenly paid twice believing that my membership on the site was coming to an imminent close. The order is:

Is it possible for me to get a refund of one of the years please? When I looked on the site the future payment was blurred-out and I did not realise until I made a second payment that, that was the future one and not a past one. So if I could get a refund of one of them I would be very happy. thanks and good luck to everyone facing assessment. Simon
