Sending Copy of ESA50 to Decision makers was created by penthesili
About a year ago ATOS were having trouble sending claiment's ESA50 forms, complete with all back up evidence to the Decision Makers, and people were sending copies of all their documents, ESA50's and evidence as 'back up' to the DMs make sure it all arrived. Is it still advisable to send such copies of all documentation to those same Decision Makers, or have ATOS improved and got their act together and made sure that all evidence is presented to the DMs?
Many thanks Pen

It is our impression that this is no longer a problem, however, members do still occasionally send a copy of their information to the DM directly.

It would be inadvisable to leave anything to chance where Atos are concerned, therefore it would be strongly recommended that you send a copy of form ESA50 to the DWP. It will certainly do you no harm.

My thoughts exactly, CD. As this particular ATOS area HQ, Wembley (already mentioned this week)hasn't stuck to the rule book, no attempt at the introductory phone call (despite Harrington's 'let's make a friendly approach'); it makes me think that sending a precautionary copy to the Decision Makers in the Lisahally Processing Centre would be no bad thing.

Just a quick check as to where to send the copy of my ESA50 and Other evidence. The letter telling me that I was starting the assessment process came from.
Lisahally Processing Centre
28 Temple Road
Londonderry
BT47 6TW
Is that where I should send copies to the Decision Makers?
Cheers, Pen

I can't confirm the address, is this the office you normally deal with regarding your benefits?
