Completing my ESA50

Completing my ESA50 was created by george
I have two question regarding my ESA50:
1) With several questions I am ticking “It Varies”. This is the true answer. However, due to various factors, for example “repeatedly, reliably, safely”, and the general variability of my conditions, one could easily argue that I should tick “No”. Nevertheless, I would feel awkward about ticking “No”. However, what I write in the Use This Space Box, should I feel, if interpreted correctly, be classed as a “No” answer. So, to sum up, is there any advantage in ticking “No” and then explaining in the Use This Space Box, as opposed to ticking “It Varies”, and then explaining in the “Use This Space Box”?
My second question is somewhat clearer.
2) I cannot fit all of my additional attached sheets, and medical reports into the supplied envelope addressed to ATOS, that my DWP letter states that I must use. What should I do?
Many thanks
George

Hi George,
1) It is entirely up to you, as long as what you put accurately reflects your situation.
2)Some of our members use a larger envelope and stick the one that was supplied by DWP on to the front of it.
