Placed in WRAG

If I were to appeal to be moved to the SG would that delay the transfer to WRAG and therefore would I still technically receive Income Support until a tribunal and avoid having to undergo WFIs etc?
Many thanks for your help.

No, you have been transferred and your IS claim will be closed in August. If you appeal, you will continue to receive the WRAG rate until a new Decision is made.As anticipated on Saturday I received a letter telling me I've been placed in the WRAG. My letter states that I won't start receiving ESA until August 22nd however and I'm still receiving Income Support until that date, so I have a query.

No, you will be migrated to ESA on the date stated. You will be obliged to undertake WFIs whilst appealing, although it is possible to request that these are carried out over the phone.
Thank you.
Can I arrange for phone interviews prior to the start of my WFIs or must I wait for them to contact me first and then arrange it?
